Ingredients
  

Big Mac Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Wrap Filling

  • 1 yellow onion diced (divide in half)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt pepper, garlic powder (optional, to taste)

Assembling the Wraps

  • 4 soft taco-size tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup dill pickles sliced
  • Remaining half of the diced onion
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Big Mac sauce from above

Instructions
 

Big Mac Sauce

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, diced dill pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika.
  • Cover and refrigerate the sauce until you’re ready to assemble the wraps.

Wrap Filling

  • In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef with half of the diced onion.
  • Continue cooking until the beef is fully browned and the onions soften.
  • Drain any excess grease if needed.
  • Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  • Transfer the cooked beef mixture to a bowl and set aside.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Lay the tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Evenly divide the shredded lettuce, dill pickles, cooked beef mixture, and the remaining diced onion among the tortillas.
  • Drizzle each wrap with your prepared Big Mac sauce, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Fold each tortilla into a wrap shape (fold the sides in and roll up from the bottom).
  • Serve immediately—enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe can easily be doubled to serve a larger family or more people.
  • You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef if you desire.
  • We use taco sized tortillas but you can use smaller if you want more wraps.
